The Cat-a-Tat is a freestanding modular cat habitat designed with sustainable materials from fast-growing bamboo to biodegradable wool.

The wool interior is unique because it features a hemp/cotton backing with a secondary jute backing. This allows the entire interior to be replaced and composted.

A non-formaldehyde based glue is used in the manufacture of the bamboo plywood. Traditional plywood uses formaldehyde, which the EPA classifies as a probable carcinogen.
